Primerishta.com is an advertising platform providing targeted advertising services for matchmaking alliances and replaces the traditional newspaper classified. The Site is for the personal use of individual members to advertise and promote their profiles for the purpose of finding relevant matches and cannot be used in connection with any commercial endeavors.

The Site is a serious matchmaking platform to seek a life partner for marriage and is not for a casual dating site or escort services.

1. Eligibility

1.2 Geographic Limitations: The services provided by Primerishta are primarily intended for individuals residing in Canada, the United States of America, the United Kingdom, Australia,New zealand and India. In the event you terminate your membership, you will not be entitled to a refund of any unutilized subscription fees, if any, paid by you, except where otherwise guaranteed in writing.

8.3 In the event of business discontinuity, the Company shall refund 50% of the unused membership fees paid by you.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which you reside. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.

10. Miscellaneous

10.1 Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Primerishta regarding the subject matter herein and supersedes any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, or understandings.

10.2 Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be construed in a manner consistent with applicable laws to reflect the original intent, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

10.3 Waiver: The failure of Primerishta to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
